Lydiah Machavunga - Chief Executive Officer

With over 20 years of clinical experience and senior leadership in healthcare, I bring a deep understanding of service delivery, clinical performance, and system transformation. I hold an MBA in Healthcare Management and have led large-scale service improvement programmes across both NHS and independent sectors.
 

As Chief Executive of a specialist ADHD and Autism assessment and prescribing service, my focus is on delivering high-quality, person-centred care. I’m passionate about improving access to timely diagnosis and safe, effective treatment through clinically robust, digitally enabled pathways.
 

I am dedicated to creating a culture of accountability, compassion, and continuous improvement—ensuring the best outcomes for individuals with ADHD, autism and their families.

Rafeeda Maudarbux - Clinical Director

Dynamic and clinically grounded Registered Mental Health Nurse with over a decade of experience across primary, secondary, and community mental health services.

 

Holds a Master’s in Advanced Clinical Practice with a focus on Clinical Practice, Education, Leadership, and Research, as well as V300 Independent Prescribing status. Demonstrated expertise in service development, clinical governance, and leading quality improvement initiatives.

 

Experienced in delivering neurodiversity-informed care and committed to developing responsive, evidence-based ADHD services within the NHS. Passionate about improving access, outcomes, and continuity of care through innovative, patient-centred models.

Marilyn Mukuna – Director  of  operations

Marilyn has worked in senior healthcare management for many years and is credited with turning around services in the independent mental health sector.

Always pursuing excellence, her passion is to create environments in which both service users and staff thrive and feel valued.

 

With a background in management consultancy, her strength is in designing systems that make for improved efficiency and revenue.

Her coaching qualification and experience in leadership consultancy have enabled her to create positive work cultures and established a track record of building strong relationships, trust, and engagement at all levels in a number of organisations.

Marilyn’s proudest achievements are in the successes she has had coaching individuals into management positions and being recognised not only for improving culture but also for achieving commercial success.
