We understand that plans can change. Neuroshine aims to offer a clear and fair cancellation and refund policy to support flexibility for our clients while respecting the time of our team.
1. Appointments and Cancellation

Notice Period: You may cancel or reschedule an appointment up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time with no charge.

Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 48 hours will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

No-Shows: Missed appointments without prior notice are non-refundable and charged in full.
2. Refund Process

Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days if approved.
