Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change. Neuroshine aims to offer a clear and fair cancellation and refund policy to support flexibility for our clients while respecting the time of our team.

1. Appointments and Cancellation

  • Notice Period: You may cancel or reschedule an appointment up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time with no charge.

  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 48 hours will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

  • No-Shows: Missed appointments without prior notice are non-refundable and charged in full.

2. Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact support@neuroshine.co.uk with:

  • Your full name and email

  • Date of purchase/appointment

  • Reason for your cancellation/refund request

Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days if approved.

3. Exceptions

We reserve the right to offer a full or partial refund outside of this policy in cases of:

  • Technical issues that prevent service delivery

  • Provider-initiated cancellations

  • Emergency circumstances with appropriate documentation

This will be communicated to you via email correspondence.
